Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how inFlow (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) collects, uses, and protects information when you create an account, use our platform, or interact with websites and forms hosted on our infrastructure. By using inFlow you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, business name, and login credentials when you register.
  • Billing information: payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Lead and customer data: information you collect through your forms and pipelines, processed on your behalf.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional messages, receipts, and important account notices
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data or your leads to anyone. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate the Service, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers, under agreements that limit their use of your data.
  • Integrations you connect: when you link a third-party service yourself, such as Google Sheets, data flows to that service at your direction.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data Security

We take security seriously. Stored credentials are encrypted at rest, access tokens expire quickly, and we never store your password in plain text. While no system is perfectly secure, we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain account and billing records as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize the rest. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload or create within inFlow. You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

8. Children's Privacy

inFlow is intended for businesses and users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If something important changes, we’ll let you know by email or through the dashboard before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
